About my plein air zines:
In the fall of 2021, I released my first self published zine which reproduced the plein air paintings I made between June and October of 2021 into one nifty little 60 pg book. Then I came out with volume 2 which is 226 pages. I've enjoyed the response the zines have had with collectors. For volume 3 I included process photos, detailed close ups of finished paintings, sketchbook thumbnails, and short essays on things I explored with color, painting, teaching, and more. Volume 3 is 256 pages and is a time capsule of another year in my plein air practice.
