About my plein air zines:
In the fall of 2021, I released my first self published zine which reproduced the plein air paintings I made between June and October of 2021 into one nifty little 60 pg book. I've enjoyed the response the zine has had with collectors and have spent the past year imagining how I can improve the idea for the next iteration. Unfortunately between teaching and desperately needing to upgrade my computer, I have yet to design the 2022 zine that I wanted to finish by the holidays. But while you wait for the zine to be designed, you can preorder your copy now! This year's zine will look and feel similar to the 2021 zine, but will have more pages to hold more reproductions of artwork, process material, sketches, frame building photos, landscape shots, and short stories from the road. I'm really excited to put my plein air painting experiences from this memorable year into this zine to share with you.
